The youth rock climbing class will focus on developing the fundamentals of rock climbing technique such as footwork, sequencing, movement, and commitment. This class brings together youth of all abilities to have a fun time climbing in a positive environment. In addition to using the rock climbing wall, the children will also see gains in upper body strength, core strength, and flexibility through supplemental training and climbing games.
